HOW THE SWAP WORKS

💜 The basics

  • We’re open 12-4pm, Thursday - Sunday every week, except Bank Holiday Sundays.

  • No booking required, just drop into us!

  • The exact location is Change Clothes, Unit E, The Digital Depot @ The Digital Hub, Roe Lane, The Liberties D08 TCV4

  • There is no customer parking available, active clamping is in operation

  • We’re on the first floor just above the main reception of the Digital Depot, you’ll see a door to the left of the reception entrance with our logo on it.

  • Bring up to 5 items of clothing (max) in good-new condition. Items must be washed beforehand

  • Depending on quality, your items will be worth 1, 2 or 3 swap tokens per piece

    • 1 token = basic high street (think Penneys, Zara)​

    • 2 tokens = higher end high street (Cos, All Saints etc.)

    • 3tokens = designer and genuine vintage

  • Items on the rails are also worth 1, 2 or 3 swap tokens per piece

  • Browse the rails and try stuff on​​

  • Check out with your 'new to you' items!

  • There is an admin fee of €5 (+ VAT) every time you check out. You won’t pay if you don’t find anything and check out.

  • Any unused tokens can be used for your next swap session

💜 What we're accepting for swapping

  • Men, womens, unisex and kids clothes

  • Hand bags + shoes

  • Items must be clean and in good-new condition. Items will be reviewed upon arrival and may be handed back to you if not suitable.

💜 What we're NOT accepting

  • Anything with rips/stains/tears/holes

  • Jewellery

  • Underwear, PJ's, and swim wear 

  • Home wears (unless you have great quality fabrics for our scrap store)

💜 Other Important stuff

  • Unsuitable items will be returned to the swapper

  • The swap can be busy, that's how we keep if affordable. If that's not your vibe, please get in touch so we can arrange something different for you

  • A small percentage of clothes received to our swap shop are re-sold to raise funds for our non-profit activities

  • Access to the studio:

    • Change Clothes is located on the first floor of the Digital Depot in Unit E.

    • General access is via two flights of stairs.

    • A chair lift is available and can be operated independently or with remote control assistance from a staff member.

    • For customers who are unable to transfer to the chair lift, a service lift is also available with prior notice.

    • We kindly ask for advance notice if you need to use the service lift, as it is accessed through a separate private office.
