Duplicate Stitch Darning Workshop

Join Kim from Project Prolong who will be teaching the duplicate stitch technique for knitwear. Attendees will have a choice of four animals or various fonts to darn onto their knit sample. This can then either be a framed knit image or displayed as a banner. People can choose their own colours and designs. This method can be used to reinforce stitches, to cover a stain or to decorate or upcycle a plain knit garment.
Beginners welcome
Materials Provided: Knit samples, various yarns, threads, darning needles, animal and alphabet charts
